About the show

Set against the stunning backdrop of North America’s prairies, this series for 4 to 6-year-olds follows the adventures of a bunch of playful prairie dog pups as they explore the world around them.

When prairie dog pups emerge above ground for the first time, they enter the exciting, busy world of the great North American prairies. It’s a world they share with all sorts of animals, from bison and badgers to burrowing owls and coyotes. But before these clever, cuddly, sociable creatures can really get to know the land, they must learn ‘prairie dog speak’, to prepare them for the fun and dangers that lie ahead.
